Switching & Getting Started
How long does it take to switch processors?+

Most merchants are fully switched within 1–2 weeks. Some POS systems like Auto Repair Manager have a structured 4-week onboarding with training. We handle the paperwork, and your current processing stays active until the new setup is live — there's no downtime.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?+

No. We use month-to-month agreements across all our programs. There are no early termination fees, no annual fees, and no cancellation penalties. If you want to leave, you leave. We'd rather earn your business every month.

Do I need to buy new equipment?+

It depends on the POS system. Some platforms like KwickPOS can run on your existing hardware. Others may require specific terminals. We'll tell you upfront during the consultation — no surprises. We also offer equipment purchase options and in some cases free terminal placement.

Will there be any downtime when I switch?+

No. We keep your current processing active until the new system is tested and ready. The cutover happens seamlessly — typically over a weekend — so your business never misses a transaction.

Pricing & Fees
How does the $0 processing fee option work?+

A small service fee is added to the customer's transaction at checkout — transparently displayed on the terminal. You receive 100% of the sale amount. Your monthly processing cost is $0. This is fully compliant and used by thousands of merchants nationwide.

What are your rates if I choose to pay the fee myself?+

Card-present rates range from 2.0% to 2.3% + $0.10 per transaction. Card-not-present rates are custom quoted based on your volume and business type. No hidden markups, no PCI fees, no statement fees, no annual charges.

Can I switch between the two pricing models?+

Yes. You can switch from customer-pays to merchant-pays (or vice versa) at any time. Some merchants even run different models at different locations or for different transaction types. We configure whatever works for you.

Are there any hidden fees?+

No. We eliminate PCI compliance fees, statement fees, batch fees, annual fees, gateway fees, account maintenance fees, and early termination fees. What you see in your proposal is what you pay. Period.

How do you choose which POS to recommend?+

We start with your business type, daily workflow, and pain points. A restaurant needs different tools than a liquor store or a dispensary. We match your vertical with the POS platform built specifically for it — not the one that's cheapest for us to deploy.

How many POS systems do you work with?+

We currently support 8+ POS platforms: KwickPOS (restaurants), Auto Repair Manager (automotive), Retail Cloud (retail/grocery), Korona POS (liquor/convenience), Greta POS (grocery), CannaPay (cannabis/CBD), GiveHub (nonprofits), R2M2 (hospitality), and SuiteNote (all-in-one).

Do you provide training on the new POS?+

Yes. Every POS implementation includes training for you and your staff. Some platforms offer video training portals, live Zoom sessions, and on-site setup. We make sure your team is comfortable before you go live.

What kind of support do I get?+

Do you work with high-risk businesses?+
